Fwd: plastic canal

The canal near our home is full of plastic. Thought i should report this to media, i dont blame the corporation,but the people around who are irresponsible.. Strict law should be brought in order to punish this irresponsible situation who dirty their surroundings. I plead the authorities to clean this canal and enforce strict laws so that atleast in future people do not throw wastes into this..
